Smart AI Amenity Stations are compact, unattended retail kiosks powered by artificial intelligence and smart technology. They offer secure, contactless, and personalized access to essential products, 24/7. Think of it as a next-generation convenience store: sleek, efficient, and self-managing.


 Zero dollars.


At no point will you be asked to cover installation, stocking, or maintenance costs. The only expense to you is the electricity required to keep the micromart running.


That said, some locations choose to offer fresh food options with shorter shelf lives. In those cases, we may ask partners to share up to 50% of any food waste costs—but only if perishables are part of your custom setup.


Some businesses also opt to subsidize items to offer discounted or free items to their employees or guests.


We are happy to customize your experience upon request...for free.

Very little. Bearheart Valley takes care of everything—from delivery and installation to product stocking, restocking, cleaning, and servicing. 


Our Smart Machines are fully unattended retail kiosks that require minimal maintenance compared to traditional vending machines. 


While we don’t expect your staff to need to assist customers, we’ll provide a brief training session at installation so your team feels confident and informed. 


 

  1. Tap “Press to Start” on the payment terminal screen.
     
  2. Select “Pre-authorize” to confirm you’d like to access the Smart Store. (What’s this? → Learn more)
     
  3. Tap, insert, or swipe your card to pre-authorize your payment method.
     
    • If it’s your first time using this card, you’ll be asked to enter your phone number to receive an SMS receipt. (This is a one-time step.)
       

  1. Once pre-authorized, the door will automatically unlock. Gently pull to open.
     
  2. Take what you need.
     
    • Our product recognition system tracks items as they’re removed.
       
    • If you return an item to its place before closing the door, you won’t be charged for it.
       

  1. Close the door when you’re done.
     
    • You’ll receive an immediate SMS confirming your transaction.
       
    • An itemized receipt will follow via SMS within a few hours.


Cabinet Dimensions

External: 79 H x 30 W x 37.75 D (inches)


  • Depth of cabinet is 34.5" from the back of the unit to the front of the glass door + 3.25" from the glass door to the front of the POS 
  • Width - when placing units adjacent to each other, cabinets must be at least 1" apart to allow for airflow and that the cabinet door opens without interference. 
  • The door handle is on the left and the hinge is on the right. This cannot change.


Shelves

The standard cabinet comes with 5 shelves

  • 4 shelves are adjustable to custom heights in 0.5" increments
  • Bottom shelf is not movable

Casters and Feet

  • 4 low-profile casters for moving the unit on smooth, flat surfaces only
  • 2 front feet (can be lowered to level the unit and prevent sliding)

  • Each cabinet has 2 power cables. Each power cable is 9 feet long and has a NEMA 5-15 connector.
  • 90 deg connector: refrigeration power
  • Straight connector: electronics and accessories


Temperature Settings

Temperature is set at the factory and cannot be changed in the field. The operating temperatures are: 

  • Smart Fridge: 35°F (1.7°C) - ideal for beverages and fresh food
  • Smart Pantry: 66°F (18.8°C) - ideal for snacks, chocolates, incidentals


Internet Connectivity

All units come with a SIM card installed. It is a multi-carrier SIM that can connect to Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T. 


How does the cabinet connect to the internet?

At a minimum, each cabinet will use the provided SIM card for cellular connectivity.

  • Each cabinet can connect to Wi-Fi or LAN 
  • We recommend using the site's Wi-Fi and LAN as the primary connection. In this case, the SIM card provided will automatically fail over if the Wi-Fi or LAN goes down.
  • The LAN cable will need to be installed on-site during setup.

Cautionary Note

Smart Amenity Stations are designed for indoor use only.


Small items that can be entirely covered by one hand are not permitted to be stocked. Items must be visually distinct in shape or color.


Items must be greater than 4” and cannot be completely fit in the palm of one’s hand.

For example, a "5-Hour Energy Shot" or a Box of Tic-Tacs are not compatible with Micromart. Smaller items (like Chapstick or travel size Tylenol may be acceptable if they are in a larger blister pack)


Items must be visually distinct in shape or color. If items are similar, place them on opposite sides of the shelf


Bearheart Valley handles all stocking, replenishment, and system monitoring. 


Absolutely. We love collaborating with local vendors and can include custom or branded items. 


It depends on usage. Our AI tracks real-time inventory and triggers restocks as needed—usually every few days to a week.


The implementation timeline ranges from 6 to 8 weeks once any machine customizations are selected. 


Once delivered, most units can be installed in under 2 hours. Site prep (electrical power and optional LAN connections) should be completed beforehand.

Every unit comes with a built-in SIM card (Verizon, AT&T, or T-Mobile). We also recommend connecting to Wi-Fi or LAN for faster, more stable service. his item.


 No. You don’t need an app to shop at our micromart.


Just tap your credit card, debit card, or mobile wallet (like Apple Pay or Google Pay) to unlock the door. Our smart technology will automatically track what you take and charge you when you close the door—no checkout lines, no hassle.


Want extra perks?
While an app isn’t required, we do offer a companion app with optional features like:

  • Digital receipts 
  • Loyalty rewards & exclusive discounts 
  • Access to special products & early restocks 
  • Personalized recommendations

But again—totally optional. You can grab, go, and enjoy without ever downloading a thing.
